Laraine Kaminsky was the key note speaker at Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management ... commemorating international World Tourism Day. We required a special speaker to address the rather esoteric topic of how cultural diversity could be leveraged by this industry to enhance profit.
She brought her signature animation, passion and audience engagement to her presentation while tying it to her predecessors’ remarks and to specific attendees who she had met at the conference [and] saved the conference from being rather boring and uneventful.
